Who we are
Ya Salam Dubai is a marketplace. We introduce clients to models, suppliers and venues, and we handle the booking and the payment. We are not the supplier of the experience itself, and we are not the employer of anyone you book.
Ya Salam Dubai is a trading name of SwainUK Limited, company number 16224562, registered in England and Wales.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
Verification
Models and suppliers must verify their identity before appearing in the matching deck. We may ask any member to verify identity before a booking. We can decline or reverse a verification.
Matching
A match happens only when both sides have swiped right on the same brief. Until that point neither side receives the other’s contact details. A match is an agreement to talk, not a booking.
Price and booking
The model or supplier proposes a price in the thread and the client accepts it. That agreed price is the price. An indicative budget on a brief is not an offer and does not bind either side.
Once a price is accepted, the booking is a contract between the client and the model or supplier. Ya Salam Dubai facilitates it and takes a commission from the supplier side.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Deposits, where taken, are stated before you pay. Supplier payouts are made on our published payout schedule after the booking has completed.
Ya Salam Dubai does not offer private jets, charter flights or any other flights, and takes no payment for them.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are agreed between the two parties in the thread before the booking is confirmed. Where none are agreed, a booking cancelled by the client more than 48 hours before the start date is refundable less any non-recoverable costs, and one cancelled inside 48 hours is not.
The Ya Salam Dubai service fee (13%) is not refunded when the client cancels a confirmed booking. It is refunded in full when the supplier or Ya Salam Dubai cancels, or the booking cannot go ahead for a reason that is not the client's fault.

Conduct
Treat the other side professionally. Do not use the platform to harass, to solicit anything illegal, or to arrange anything other than the professional engagement described in the brief. Do not take a booking off the platform to avoid fees.
Objectionable content and abusive users
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour. That includes harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, nudity, content that is illegal or promotes anything illegal, impersonation, and spam or scams.
You can report any user, listing, message, review or profile from the menu on it. You can also block any user, which stops them contacting you and removes their content from your view immediately.
A person reviews every report, normally within 24 hours.Where a report is upheld we remove the content and, for anything serious or repeated, we terminate the account permanently. We may do this without notice.

Content you publish
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You give us permission to display them on the platform and to use them to promote the platform. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, timekeeping or safety of anyone you book through it, and we do not guarantee that any brief will be matched. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Insurance
Ya Salam Dubai does not provide insurance of any kind. Suppliers are responsible for holding their own cover.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
