What you see is an estimate. The confirmed price arrives before you pay anything.

The service and concierge fee is 13 percent (10 percent platform and 3 percent card processing), added on top of the supplier's price and never hidden inside it. VAT at 5 percent is charged on the fee alone, not on the whole booking.

No. The fee stays 13 percent at every membership level.
Can I see prices in dollars?
Yes, switch the currency to USD to view prices in dollars. It is for display only: the charge is always made in AED, and the payment step shows the AED amount.
Is a budget I give a fixed price?
No. An indicative budget is not an offer. The agreed price is the one the supplier proposes and you accept.
