- Request something you have foundSending a request takes no card and charges nothing. The concierge confirms first.
- How pricing and quotes workWhat you see is an estimate. The confirmed price arrives before you pay anything.
- Your bookings and what each status meansEvery booking lives in the Bookings tab, from first request to completed.
- Change the date of a bookingChange it yourself while it is still a request. After that, ask the concierge.

- Become a supplierSwitch to Supplier, verify your ID, connect payouts, and you are ready to list.
- Create a listingPhotos, a title, a price and your terms. Then an admin reviews it.
- Answer a request: accept, decline or send a priceRequests wait under To answer. Nothing is accepted on your behalf.
- PayoutsYou receive the full price you set. The service fee is added on top for the guest.
- Move a booking to a new dateChange the date or time yourself. You and the guest are both emailed.
- Message a guestEvery booking has one conversation with the guest and the concierge.
- Check a guest in with the QR codeScan the guest's pass and move the booking along, step by step.
- Leads and offersOpen requests, direct leads, and naming your price.

Pay for a booking
Pay by card or Apple Pay inside the booking, once the price is confirmed.

Card and Apple Pay are accepted. The charge is always made in AED, even if you view prices in dollars.

Questions
Will anyone ask for my card in a chat?
No. Nobody at Ya Salam will ever ask for your card number or a password in a chat window. Payment only happens on the secure payment screen.
Where do I pay from an email?
The email opens the booking in Bookings, where the Pay button is.
