Your bookings, signing and deposits
Every status explained, plus the agreement and how a deposit really works.

Watch the status
Awaiting confirmation, then Awaiting payment once the price is agreed, then Confirmed, then Completed. Cancelled if it does not go ahead.

Review and sign
You see the price, the service fee, the total payable and any refundable deposit before you sign. You sign by typing your full name.
- 03
Pay
The total confirms the booking. The deposit is authorised at the same time as a hold on your card.
- 04
Afterwards
The owner releases the deposit and it disappears from your card, or claims against it for damage. You are emailed either way.
What the app says
The supplier provides the experience; Ya Salam Dubai arranges the booking and is not the provider. Payment of the total confirms the booking; the service fee (10% platform + 3% processing) is non-refundable once confirmed. Any refundable deposit is held against damage or loss and returned in full after the experience unless a claim applies. Cancellations follow the supplier's terms.
